Deepotsav is the grand "Festival of Lamps" in Ayodhya, celebrated annually on the eve of Diwali to commemorate the homecoming of Lord Rama after 14 years of exile. Since its inception in 2017, it has evolved from a local spiritual event into a massive global spectacle of light and devotion.
The 14 Koshi Parikrama is a sacred 42-kilometer (approx. 26 miles) circumambulation of Ayodhya, performed annually by millions of devotees. It is one of the most significant spiritual events in the city, representing a symbolic journey around the entire "holy circle" of Ayodhya.
